Job description

Job Summary

This position involves administrative and clerical responsibilities within the office environment. The role requires maintaining filing systems, handling correspondence, preparing reports, managing office supplies, assisting colleagues, monitoring the telephone switchboard, and participating in lean projects.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Maintain filing systems, handle incoming/outgoing faxes, and distribute U.S and interoffice mail/reports accurately.
  • Run and prepare necessary reports.
  • Organize, purchase, and keep inventory of office supplies.
  • Assist other office personnel with additional projects as needed.
  • Monitor and/or back up the telephone switchboard.
  • Participate, initiate, or audit lean projects.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to type accurately at a minimum of 50 wpm.

  • Clear speech and legible writing skills.
