Job Summary

Assists in the completion of the department’s daily operations by performing assigned tasks, various office functions, and duties in an accurate and timely manner to ensure smooth and organized department functioning.

Your Responsibilities
  • Maintain filing systems, handle incoming/outgoing faxes, and distribute U.S. and interoffice mail/reports accurately.
  • Run and prepare necessary reports.
  • Organize, purchase, and keep inventory of office supplies.
  • Prepare expense vouchers.
  • Perform basic data entry.
  • Assist other office personnel with additional projects as needed.
  • Monitor and/or back up the telephone switchboard.
  • Participate, initiate, or audit lean projects.
Qualifications
  • Ability to accurately type a minimum of 50 wpm.
  • Good knowledge of English, grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style.
  • Ability to operate standard office machines.
  • Knowledge of efficient office procedures.
  • Ability to answer telephones and greet the public courteously.
  • Clear and understandable speech; legible writing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One (1) year of clerical work experience.
Responsabilités clés
