Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and transfer telephone inquiries, greet visitors, and provide routine information
  • Screen employees and visitors actively
  • Sort and distribute mail and couriers
  • Prepare and distribute forms, reports, and documents
  • Handle confidential assignments and record client payments
  • Follow operational procedures to ensure safety
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service, especially with seniors, is an asset
  • Ability to pass a criminal record check
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
  • Availability during days and weekends
  • Passion for healthcare and senior care services
