Do you have what we’re looking for?

  • Work experience in administrative support and customer service.

  • Well-organized, resourceful and an independent learner.

  • Adaptable and able to prioritize.

  • Strong computer and writing skills, good spelling.

  • Interest in marketing through social media and event planning

Challenges awaiting you:

  • Support the manager by performing all administrative tasks: manage email and scheduling, manage billing, track and update accounts receivable.

  • Manage day-to-day calls and redirect them to the right person as required, process the business centre’s mail, balance the petty cash, make deposits, manage accounts payable.

  • Inform the manager of any administrative anomalies and recommend improvements to ensure that administrative processes are reliable and efficient.

  • Work with the team to fully understand the business centre’s operations, familiarize yourself with products and suppliers, and become proficient with the systems in use.

  • Coordinate occasional events or projects: shows, customer events, etc.

  • Manage Social Media platforms
