The opportunity

You will join our Enterprise Support Services (ESS) team, supporting vital business enablement functions that keep our organization running smoothly. As a driven administrative professional, you will collaborate across teams to provide the knowledge, resources, and tools necessary for EY to deliver outstanding service to our clients, succeed in the marketplace, and support EY’s growth and profitability.

The Business Services Group (BSG) is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant who will serve as a trusted advisor to our client-serving managers and senior managers. You will be responsible for supporting customer requests through our national queue, demonstrating a solution-oriented approach.

Your key responsibilities
  1. Engagement support: Support the client engagement management process, including tracking and reporting time and expenses as needed.
  2. Financial management support: Assist engagement teams with reports and manage the billing process.
  3. Document preparation & management: Create and format documents and presentations following EY branding standards.
  4. Travel arrangements: Provide travel options, book air and ground travel using our online system, and coordinate logistics.
  5. Meeting & event coordination: Organize meetings and events, including technology and catering arrangements.

Overtime may be required as needed.

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn customized software/tools.
  • Fluency in French and English, as interaction with clients nationally and globally is involved.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Basic understanding of financial principles related to billing of chargeable time.
  • Experience in a professional services firm.
