Back in Motion Rehab is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant in Vancouver to provide reception support, manage calls, and assist clinical teams. We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant
The successful candidate will be responsible for reception duties, answering and directing calls, processing referrals, managing files, sending reports, supporting an interdisciplinary clinical team with in-person and telehealth services, and providing excellent customer service to both external and internal clients. The role may also include supporting clinical accreditation procedures and the corporate Health & Safety program.
We invite candidates with relevant experience, intermediate skills in MS Office, Zoom, Outlook, MS Teams, etc. If you enjoy helping people and working collaboratively, bring your exceptional customer service, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
