The schools of the Nelson Diocese are situated in the beautiful Okanagan and Kootenay regions in British Columbia, Canada. Currently, there are six elementary schools and one high school serving over 1300 students. Elementary schools are located in Cranbrook, Nelson, Trail, Penticton, Kelowna, and West Kelowna, with a regional high school for grades 8-12 in Kelowna.

Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent of Catholic Independent Schools of Nelson Diocese (CISND)
Location: Kelowna, BC
The Catholic Independent Schools of Nelson Diocese (CISND) is looking for an exceptional individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant, starting immediately.
This full- to part-time role supports the Superintendent of Schools working in the Kelowna Catholic Pastoral Centre. The incumbent will provide comprehensive administrative support, liaise courteously and efficiently with school and parish communities, and uphold professionalism and confidentiality. The work schedule aligns with the school year, with potential time off during Christmas, Spring Break, and some summer months.
The Administrative Assistant will support the Superintendent of CISND schools, ensuring effective operation of CISND policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as compliance with the Ministry of Education for Independent Schools in British Columbia. The role involves collaboration with the Superintendent, CISND Board of Directors, Pastors, Principals, and local school administrations to achieve these goals.
