The Opportunity
The Administrative Assistant supports a Director within the Mental Health and Addictions Program, providing administrative support and assisting other Directors and senior leaders as needed. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, acting as the primary contact, handling complex and confidential assignments, and streamlining workflows. The role requires autonomy, professionalism, sound judgment, organizational skills, and excellent communication.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm, with some early mornings and evenings required for flexibility.
