Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) is seeking an Administrative & Operations Support specialist for its Food & Beverage teams. You will assist leadership across Real Sports, e11even, Hot Stove Club, Platinum Club and more, handling onboarding, documentation and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates bring strong organizational and communication skills, plus experience in hospitality or high-volume settings.

Qualifications

  • Must be available Monday to Friday with daytime and occasional evening shifts.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, restaurant or high-volume operations is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented with accuracy and follow-through.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities and operational needs.
  • Professionalism, integrity, confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable learning workforce systems.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams and leaders.
  • Solid understanding of Food & Beverage operations and service standards is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Restaurant, Quick Service and Warehouse leadership teams.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring, including job postings, interview coordination and pre-employment requirements.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, including orientation, venue access, uniforms and required documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain employee documentation in accordance with CBAs and policies.
  • Maintain employee records, training certifications and policy acknowledgements.
  • Support Health & Safety administration, compliance documentation and audits.
  • Maintain and update menus, takeout and delivery platforms, and web-based applications.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations and other departmental documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions and internal communications.
  • Support Food & Beverage projects, events and operational initiatives.
  • Adhere to MLSE service standards and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Job Description As a valuable member of the Food & Beverage team, you will provide administrative and operational support across Real Sports, e11even, Hot Stove Club, Platinum Club, ScotiaClub, Quick Service and Warehouse operations. Working closely with Food & Beverage leadership, you will support employee administration, compliance and day-to-day operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Restaurant, Quick Service and Warehouse leadership teams.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring, including job postings, interview coordination and pre-employment requirements.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, including orientation, venue access, uniforms and required documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain employee documentation, including coaching forms, disciplinary letters and employment-related correspondence in accordance with applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and track certifications, training requirements and policy acknowledgements.
  • Support Health & Safety administration, compliance documentation, operational audits and required reporting.
  • Maintain and update menus, takeout and delivery platforms, and other web-based applications as required.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations and other departmental documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, departmental communications and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support Food & Beverage projects, events and other operational initiatives as required.
  • Adhere to MLSE service standards, policies and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications

Compensation Range/Rate: $22.00-$26.00
