AGT Foods is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Documentation to join our Head Office in Regina, SK.
Under the direction of the Division Head, North America Risk & Compliance, the successful candidate will assist the Documentation Team to look after preparing export documentation, maintaining risk management programs, providing customer service and monitoring contract execution.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and providing legal documentation for export
- Work with outside vendors in obtaining proper documentation to provide to clients
- Providing daily customer service
- Maintaining shipment information in AGT Foods database
- Maintaining reporting for the Documentation Manager as required
- Tracking Courier and Cargo shipments
- Following up on outstanding Accounts Receivable
- Various other duties as required including but not limited to photocopying, courier, filing, etc.
Skills & Abilities:
- Detail oriented with exceptional prioritizing abilities
- Highly motivated, independent self-starter
- Superior organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft office products
- Direct grain and/or export documentation is preferred
- Strong background in document tracking or logistics is an asset
