Position OverviewCore Responsibilities
Receives, logs and codes performer union contracts, work permits, and residual reporting forms for payment
Cross-references, and researches performer’s information from the contract, and confirms it in the payment system.
Corresponds with performers and talent agencies to collect and correct any misinformation
Works with Account Managers, and Sr. Account Managers to address and handles additional administrative requirements
Ensures that the quality of information is maintained in the payment system and may work on specific projects to improve information for annual tax documentation (e.g., T4As)
Participates in bi-weekly meetings to communicate and bring to light any issues that may require further attention, willingly participates in identifying and improving systems and processes.
Key Qualifications
Basic office skills and abilities, – computers, phones, fax equipment, copiers, etc.
Good interpersonal skills - interaction with clients, colleagues, and management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Quick learner.
Organizational skills.
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
French bilingualism preferred
Flexibility and multi-tasking abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum typing/keyboarding of 30 words per minute.
Basic PC Computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel, and ability and willingness to learn new and/or proprietary computer applications as required.
Special Work Conditions
Remote
Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull.
