The Opportunity

The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support and manages office administrative activities.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Patient Support Program with data entry, communication, reports, and administrative duties
  • Ensuring data accuracy and managing correspondence
  • Handling mail, preparing letters, ordering supplies, and maintaining files
  • Reporting adverse events following SOPs
  • Completing reports and maintaining data integrity
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Grade 12 and 2 years of related experience or community college education
  • Bilingual in English and French preferred
  • Experience with Patient Support Programs is an asset
  • Strong communication, organizational, and IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
