ILS has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Child Development Services Team. Reporting to the Director, Child Development Services, this position provides administrative and operational support to the department by performing a variety of clerical, coordination, and communication tasks. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, maintaining electronic records, supporting internal and external communications, and assisting with the development of organizational materials such as newsletters and promotional content. The position plays a key role in maintaining efficient workflows and supporting service delivery through timely and accurate administrative support.
