Canada Life in Winnipeg is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage day-to-day operations in the Disability Administrative Department, including mail processing, workload support, and handling administrative duties. The role requires at least 2 years in an administrative role, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills.
You will work in-office three days a week and handle confidential information with discretion; a security clearance may be required.

The Administrative Assistant role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Disability Administrative Department including sorting and processing mail, assigning and supporting work for the team, and handling administrative duties on a day-to-day basis.
The Disability Administrative Department provides critical support to Workplace Solutions. Group disability is the largest client, but the team also supports other lines of business including life, medical, drug, underwriting, out of country and critical illness.
The base salary for this position is between $34,900 - $47,200 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
