Position Summary

FCC Canada is seeking an Administrative Assistant responsible for clerical, office administration, and filing support at the Corporate Office in Vancouver, BC. The role reports to the Administrative and Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily administrative operations by prioritizing workload.
  • Respond to client and staff communications, including data collection and referrals.
  • Manage hotel reservations, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and form processing.
  • Write correspondence and handle mail and courier services.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Education and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Enrolled in or recently completed an administrative diploma or related degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
  • Experience in process improvement.
  • At least 2 years of clerical experience is preferred.
