Administrative Assistant to Executive Team, provincial government agency client, downtown core Toronto office.
Job Type: Temporary.
Initial Term: ASAP for approximately 6 months, with possible extension.
Compensation: $27.70 per hour.
Regular Work Hours: 7.25 hours per day not including 1 hour unpaid lunch break, to be worked during regular business hours, Monday to Friday (36.25 work hours per week).
Ergonomic Requirements: Some light lifting, extended standing and other ergonomic requirements related to arranging furniture and meeting and board room set ups.
Work Location: Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite at Client's downtown core Toronto office near TTC, Union and GO Stations; and 2 days per week remote-based. Onsite work expectations subject always to client business requirements, and may change according to client business need.
Responsibilities Summary:
Provide administrative support services to executive office and senior leadership team members.
Qualifications:
Education: Post Secondary education in Business Administration or related discipline, or applicable combination of work experience and education.
Preferred Work Experience: At least 3+ years of progressive, related work experience providing administrative support to a senior management team.
Preferred Sector Experience: Government, broader public sector, or not-for-profit sector administrative support experience preferred.
