Stark & Marsh CPA LLP is seeking a qualified individual to join our Advisory Services (Special Engagements) department as an Administrative Assistant in our Swift Current Office. This is a 14-month maternity leave employment opportunity with the possibility of becoming permanent upon completing the term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative duties, including but not limited to :

  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of client information
  • Managing multiple projects while paying attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Processing new client engagements, registering and filing engagements with the correct governing organizations, data entry, scheduling meetings, and updating programs
  • Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working comfortably with multiple software programs related to Public Accounting and Wealth Management (training provided)
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Proactively supporting the growth of the firm’s operations
