Job summary

A leading company in shipping and packaging materials is looking for an Administrative Support for the Sales department. This role involves providing administrative assistance, answering customer calls, and supporting sales leadership. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 3+ years of experience, and is proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Job description

Position Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support for the Sales department.
  2. Assist in answering customer calls and responding on behalf of sales representatives.
  3. Follow up with customers on sales representative visits.
  4. Assist Sales Leadership / Sales Team with reports and projects.
  5. Help plan and execute weekly sales meetings and department events.
  6. Provide reception and general administration coverage.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years prior experience in an administrative support role. B2B business preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software is an asset.
