A well-established financial planning firm in Kenora is seeking a client-centered individual for a full-time role. Responsibilities include providing clerical support to financial planners and assisting a large number of clients with insurance and investments. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office and one to three years of receptionist experience. Attention to detail is crucial. Applications are due by October 3, 2025.
This full-time position (hours negotiable) requires a client-centered person with excellent interpersonal skills to work in a professional, well-established financial planning firm in Kenora. This key position within our firm will provide clerical support to our financial planners and client service to a large number of insurance & investment clients.
The ideal applicant will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Office.
One to three years of previous phone & in-person receptionist experience is preferred.
Keen attention to detail & accuracy required.
