Schedule : Tuesday-Saturday, 10AM-6PM

Open since 1978, our client is a watch and jewelry store located in the heart of downtown Montreal. They carry over 30 high-end brands, create jewelry and engagement rings and offer servicing & repair for both watches and jewelry. They are dedicated to offering the best customer service possible.

Their premises has been completely renovated and a larger expansion is ongoing, offering a beautiful new work environment. They are a family-run business with a close-knit team, seeking a poised and professional Administrative Assistant to join them.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations by providing essential support, maintaining organization, and facilitating effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting in day-to-day operations.
  • Providing timely responses to customer and sales staff requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitoring stock levels and managing inventory control.
  • Reconciling sales and guarantee activations
  • Receiving and verifying orders, performing quality control checks, and handling computer entries.
  • Managing supplier price changes, data entry, and inventory retagging.
  • Responding to client email inquiries regarding prices, product details, and delivery times.
  • Monitoring supplier incentives for store sales staff.
  • Generating monthly inventory and sales reports for major suppliers.
  • Preparing insurance appraisals and replacement cost letters for clients.
