Job description

Adecco is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant based in Enfield, NS. This role is ideal for someone with solid administrative experience looking to join a busy and professional team on a temporary basis. The position pays $17 per hour and offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to daily operations.

Pay rate : $17 / hour.

Location : Enfield, NS

Shifts : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities :

Reading and analyzing incoming memos, letters, and reports to determine their significance and distributing them appropriately.

Answering and directing phone calls or taking messages for relevant staff.

Coordinating invoice routing and monitoring payments to subcontractors and vendors.

Entering and maintaining client and prospect data in an automated system.

Operating phone systems and coordinating vehicle towing with shops and insured parties.

Dispatching and coordinating towing services with urgency and attention to detail. Requirements :

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or office administrator role.

Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical systems including word processing, spreadsheets, email management, file handling, and database systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
