Job description

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Leadec site team and the customer.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Handle inventory for Plant 1 daily, creating weekly and monthly reports for the customer using Microsoft Access and Excel.
  2. Create quotes and order products for Leadec through the customer.
  3. Conduct weekly walks throughout the plant to record Magnehelic readings in specific areas (twice a week).
  4. Perform annual filter and robot cover counts, or as needed.
  5. Update operational procedures annually or as needed, collaborating with the relevant team lead or person in charge to update necessary steps or related information.
  6. Update employee information as required, including safety matrices and personal data.
  7. Manage employee engagement activities.
  8. Create monthly reports from Leadec OS software for management.
  9. Oversee the uniform program, place orders when needed, and review weekly invoices.
  10. Post job advertisements on various job boards, conduct preliminary phone screenings, and contact candidates with orientation details if hired.
  11. Create and review onboarding packages for new hires.
  12. Occasionally conduct safety orientation training for new employees.
  13. Conduct employee evaluations at 30, 60, and 90 days.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by Leadec management or the customer.
