Provide administrative and clerical support to the Leadec site team and the customer.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle inventory for Plant 1 daily, creating weekly and monthly reports for the customer using Microsoft Access and Excel.
- Create quotes and order products for Leadec through the customer.
- Conduct weekly walks throughout the plant to record Magnehelic readings in specific areas (twice a week).
- Perform annual filter and robot cover counts, or as needed.
- Update operational procedures annually or as needed, collaborating with the relevant team lead or person in charge to update necessary steps or related information.
- Update employee information as required, including safety matrices and personal data.
- Manage employee engagement activities.
- Create monthly reports from Leadec OS software for management.
- Oversee the uniform program, place orders when needed, and review weekly invoices.
- Post job advertisements on various job boards, conduct preliminary phone screenings, and contact candidates with orientation details if hired.
- Create and review onboarding packages for new hires.
- Occasionally conduct safety orientation training for new employees.
- Conduct employee evaluations at 30, 60, and 90 days.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Leadec management or the customer.
