The Public Facilities Authority is seeking an Administrative and Fiscal Services Specialist to provide essential accounting, fiscal, and administrative support. This position provides essential accounting, fiscal, and administrative support to the Minnesota Public Facilities Authority (MPFA). The Accounting Technician is responsible for processing financial transactions, performing SWIFT entries, maintaining documentation for audit and compliance purposes, safeguarding and depositing receipts, supporting administrative and contract functions, and assisting with MPFA’s data management systems.
The incumbent plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate disbursements and deposits, maintaining organized fiscal records, supporting internal and external partners, and contributing to system improvements that enhance MPFA administrative efficiency.
This position is telework eligible. Staff are provided with the tools and equipment to be successful in a virtual work environment. Please note, the telework policy could change with notice based on business needs.

One (1) year of experience performing accounting or fiscal support work, such as processing financial transactions, handling deposits or payments, maintaining financial records, or supporting financial operations.
