About The Role
WDHS is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Support Officer to join the Clinical Access and Resource Unit (CARU) team.
Your primary responsibility will be to work within the Clinical Access and Resource Unit to provide administrative support to all roles and responsibilities including Accommodation, Nursing Workforce, Recruitment, Transport, Bed Management and Aged Care. Hours will be 26 hours per fortnight Monday to Friday 26 hours per fortnight over 4 shifts (3x6 hour shift plus 1 x 8-hour shift).
Duties will include but not be limited to supporting Nurse Unit Managers to replace nursing shift vacancies; coordinate the WDHS casual staff and nurse bank; provide administration support with recruitment and act as a central contact for nursing agencies and provide leave coverage for all administration roles with the CARU team.

The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current National Criminal Police Check.
