The Ontario Cannabis Store provides safe, responsible access to recreational cannabis for adults 19 and older. We operate the sole legal online store for recreational cannabis in Ontario and are the provincial wholesaler of cannabis for private retail stores.

About the Role
We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will provide confidential administrative support to the department leader, Directors, Managers, and team members. You’ll be responsible for preparing presentations, documents, spreadsheets, meeting minutes, and written correspondence using Microsoft Office.
The role also includes coordinating travel arrangements and expense processing, supporting event planning, assisting with research and editing, and liaising with other departments to schedule meetings and conference calls.

Compensation
The target hiring range for this position is $65,000- $75,000. This is a pay grade 5A role, with a salary range of $53,369.59- $80,743.44. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
