A leading company is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support their team in Toronto. The role involves a variety of administrative functions, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and providing SAP support. Candidates should have a background in Executive Office Administration with experience in an industrial environment. We are currently looking for a motivated, ambitious, dynamic team player to fill the position of Administrative Assistant. The person in this position will provide support to Perform administrative duties at the Hamilton-Kent head office in Toronto. Provide support to Directors of Sales, Engineering and Supply Chain as well as other senior staff in the Toronto plant and office. Provide SAP / ERP administrative support to each department through data entry activities or report creation.
