Job summary

Teads is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our Canada team in Toronto. You will own second-tier technical cases, investigate escalated issues end-to-end, and collaborate with R&D, AdOps, Account Management, and Product to drive client success.

You'll work during North American hours, support campaigns, integrations, and troubleshooting, and help optimize our open web platform for major brands. Fluency in English is required, with a fast-paced, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support or technical solutions role, ideally in ad tech.
• Systematic, hypothesis-driven troubleshooter who knows when to dig in and when to elevate.
• Clear communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own second-tier technical cases end to end, within SLA.
• Investigate issues escalated by first-tier support and AdOps, drive to resolution.
• Partner with account managers to support large brands.
• Run calls with clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Handle reports from Slack, Salesforce, email and other channels promptly.
• Verify campaigns, pixels, and creatives are set up correctly.
