Job summary

EliseAI is seeking a technically minded Solutions & Support specialist in Toronto to help onboard clients and translate their preferences into system configurations. You will work with email, calendar, CRM, and property management integrations to ensure smooth operations.

You will diagnose issues with SQL queries and logs, document bugs, and communicate fixes to clients. A strong CS background and in-person office presence are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
• 1-3 years of experience in similar role or field.
• Experience with support software and CRMs (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
• Demonstrated technical proficiency such as CS degree, bootcamp, or prior work experience.
• Bias towards data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week.
