Job summary

Definity seeks an experienced actuarial professional to lead advanced analytics at the intersection of pricing, customer insights, data science, underwriting, and business strategy. You will drive high-impact initiatives, translate data into actionable insights, and influence senior leaders across the organization.

This senior IC role requires 6+ years in P&C actuarial work, with emphasis on Personal Insurance pricing and predictive analytics.

Qualifications

• ACAS designation preferred; FCAS is an asset.
• 6+ years of P&C actuarial experience with pricing, analytics, or related functions.
• Proven ability to lead complex analytical projects and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analytics initiatives focused on pricing, customer insights, risk segmentation, and growth.
• Investigate and solve complex business problems using actuarial techniques and predictive analytics.
• Develop analytical frameworks and recommendations for key business decisions.
• Partner with Pricing, Product, Underwriting, Claims, and Data Science teams to drive alignment.
