Job summary

OnSite Staffing Ltd. in Mississauga (Meadowvale Village / West Gateway) is hiring Order Pickers to join a busy warehouse team. This role requires lifting heavy items and thriving in a fast-paced environment. You will pick orders, use RF scanners, and help prepare shipments.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, are detail-oriented, and can work independently or as part of a team. Full-time hours with weekly pay and long-term growth potential are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
• RF scanners experience is an asset.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners
• Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs or more on a regular basis
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment
• Verify quantities and ensure order accuracy
• Stage completed orders for shipping
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company health and safety procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required
