Job summary

Savaria is seeking an Order Picker to work on-site at 2 Walker Drive, Brampton, Ontario. You will load/unload materials, pick parts, label, scan, pack, and ensure accuracy in the quality system. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills for scanning and data entry, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

On-the-job training provided. High school diploma and 2 years of order picker/packer experience are preferred; forklift license is an asset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years of order picker/packer experience.
• Forklift license is an asset.
• Experience in warehouse/manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Basic computer skills for scanning, labeling, and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Loads/unloads materials onto pallets using equipment.
• Pick parts, label, scan and pack per BOM.
• Inspect parts and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Operate walkie/pump trucks; handle rails with PPE.
• Label products and enter details into quality system.
• Assist in stock control and inventory counts.
• Maintain organized picking areas and replenish lineside stock.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
