Your role as a Store Manager :

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience, providing unforgettable service and personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including managing budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and inventory management.
• Ensure safety and security for customers, staff, and assets by enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and cleanliness to always look its best.

Qualifications to be a Store Manager :

• Experience in customer service or retail sales; previous sales management experience is preferred.
• Operational, financial, and performance management skills.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passion for hair and beauty!

Legal and Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodations.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors periodically.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

This role involves physical activities such as standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and occasionally lifting moderately heavy items. It may also involve working around moving parts, carts, or machinery, and exposure to irritant chemicals.
