The Rainy River mine, located adjacent to the Ontario/Minnesota border is 65 kilometers northwest of Fort Frances, Ontario and is situated half way between Winnipeg, Manitoba and Thunder Bay, Ontario The area is home to more than 130 species of birds and large populations of moose, black bear and deer. The Dispatch Supervisor serves as the central communication hub of the operation, receiving information from a variety of sources and ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent communication to the appropriate personnel.

In addition to safety responsibilities, the Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the load and haul fleet to support operational efficiency. A key focus of the role is managing ore feed to the primary crusher and ensuring production targets are met safely and effectively.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, sound decision-making abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
This role is a temporary acting assignment. The successful candidate will receive an acting pay premium in addition to their regular base pay for the duration of the assignment.
