Qualifications

• 1-2 years Account Transfer experience.
• Clear written and oral communication.
• Courteous and dynamic customer approach.
• Works well within a team environment.
• Be rigorous and organized.
• Able to multi-task and adjust to volumes.
• Provide ideas to improve service.
• Fundcom knowledge an asset.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming and outgoing transfer documents while meeting SLAs (CIRO rules as applicable).
• Clear written and oral communication with branches, Fidelity Clearing, and other groups.
• QC, initiate, follow-up and complete transfers, including Non Aton transfers.
• Communicate any rejected transfers back to advisors clearly.
• Review daily/weekly transfer in and out reports.
• Ensure outstanding transfers are resolved promptly.
• Coordinate with Operational groups to ensure transfers are actioned properly.
