Job summary

Finning Canada is seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our Edmonton team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, support credit and collection activities, and deliver outstanding service to customers and internal stakeholders.

You will proactively collect balances, resolve inquiries, reconcile accounts, and help mitigate credit risk while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or related finance role.
• Experience managing customer accounts, collections activities, and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with ERP/financial software and customer account systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, including monitoring and collections.
• Provide prompt service for invoicing, payments, and credit inquiries; support internal stakeholders.
• Review credit holds/releases and assist in credit administration and risk mitigation.
• Prepare weekly/monthly accounts receivable and collections reports and seek process improvements.
