Job summary

Uline is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Toronto Branch in Milton, ON. You will handle orders, provide product recommendations and support customers via phone, email and chat, delivering legenday service.

Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6 PM. Training is provided; growth opportunities are strong in a family‑owned company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle inquiries using technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert; answer questions on products, pricing and shipping.
• Build relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.

• Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
