Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable and Order Desk team
• Oversee invoicing, collections, and payment processing with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure sales orders from CRM are correctly entered into the ERP system
• Act as a key contact for escalations and customer inquiries related to invoices and orders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Finance to ensure alignment between order fulfillment and billing
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline paper-based processes and reduce manual work
• Provide training, backup support, and coverage planning to ensure smooth operations during absences
• Support change initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of hands-on Accounts Receivable experience (collections, invoicing, reconciliations)
• Previous experience supervising or leading a small team (formal or informal leadership)
• Familiarity with order processing systems and sales order workflows (CRM ? ERP)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with in-office training and collaboration
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; experience in a growing company is a plus
