Base pay range

$23.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Our client is hiring an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support their finance team in overseeing customer accounts and ensuring timely and accurate payment application. This role is critical for managing cash flow, maintaining strong relationships across departments, and supporting credit policy compliance.

The AR Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing account activity, reconciling open items, allocating incoming payments, and investigating discrepancies such as short payments or customer deductions. This position also includes generating and analyzing past due reports, coordinating with sales teams to resolve outstanding balances, and taking the lead on efforts to reduce overdue receivables.

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or credit administration
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Familiarity with credit monitoring and payment application systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Compensation: $23-$25/Hour

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
