The Napoleon Group of Companies is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance team in Barrie. Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, you will process and maintain accounts receivable and related duties, including reconciliations, collections, and month-end support.

The ideal candidate has a post-secondary accounting education and a minimum of two years’ experience, proficient in Microsoft Office and Crystal Reporting, with knowledge of Canadian and US deposits and international

• Post-secondary education with a minimum of Level 1 of a recognized accounting program or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ related accounting experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), Crystal Reporting.
• Visual Manufacturing is an asset.

Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst

Reports To: Finance Supervisor

Job Purpose: Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible to process and maintain accounts receivable and all related duties.
