• Perform three-way matching PO, receipts, and invoices to resolve data issues.
• Routinely reconcile vendor accounts to ensure timely payment.
• Resolve payment delays or discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Enforce spending guidelines and support audits with proper GL coding.
