List of Duties
- We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable clerk to join our growing team. The candidate, above all else, must fundamentally value genuine inclusivity and believe that we, as a community, are ethically accountable for the health and wellness of all who live here.
- As a member of the Finance Team, the AP Clerk is responsible for the invoicing cycle from processing invoices, managing payments to vendors as well as cash management.
- Processing all payments and expenditures, including invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Processing bi-weekly cheque run
- Oversight and reconciliation of cash management system
- Assisting Finance Administrator and Finance Manager as required
