Arterra Wines Canada is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage day-to-day AP tasks for Canadian entities. You will handle invoice entry, employee expense processing, PO matching, payments by EFT, and tax processing, while optimizing Concur usage for travel and expense processing.
You will contribute to KPI reporting, maintain expense forms, and support policy compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business.

The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day accounts payable function (i.e. invoice entry, employee expense processing, purchase order matching, employee payment approval review and audit, and tax processing, etc.) for all Canadian operating companies. The Accounts Payable Analyst will also be responsible for the optimal use and maintenance of the Concur application for day-to-day travel and expense processing.
Budgeted Range – $44,689.00 -$53,000.00 The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
