Title: Account Executive (Staffing Experience Required)

Tenure - Full Time, Permanent

Location: Scarborough, ON

Hours - 9 am - 5:30 pm

Compensation: Open to negotiation + Uncapped Commission

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with a strong background in staffing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including prospecting new clients and nurturing leads.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for expansion and new business.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to enhance service offerings.
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely and effective placement of candidates that meet client requirements.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company and build professional relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management within the staffing industry.
  • MUST have proven experience of handling medium to large enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
