The ideal candidate has a post-secondary accounting course, strong Excel skills, and the ability to multitask while delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifikationen

Post-secondary accounting course required.
Good investigative and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Word and Excel.
Must have previous accounting experience.

Aufgaben

Maintain a professional, positive attitude and business-like image at all times.
Assist members with account and application inquiries.
Reconcile General Ledger accounts.
Assist with preparation and mailing of monthly A/R statements.
Reconcile member accounts and prepare journal entries as needed.
Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
Assist when required in Member Service and Equity Department.
Perform other office-related duties as assigned.
