PBS Systems is seeking an enthusiastic Accounting Support Analyst to train and support customers in the accounting module of our software. You will assist during development, installation, and training for dealerships' software solutions.

You will handle inquiries across multiple channels, document interactions, and collaborate with other teams to improve service delivery. Travel across Canada, the USA, and the Caribbean is involved.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze and organize data.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests via phone, email, and chat and resolve issues promptly.
• Log interactions in the ticketing system and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate across departments to improve service delivery.
• Identify process improvements to enhance client experience.
• Develop knowledge of PBS Systems software and infrastructure.
• Achieve program certifications within specified timelines.
• Meet KPI targets and other department metrics.

The Role:

PBS Systems is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Client Services team. As an Accounting Support Analyst, you will provide excellent training to our new and existing customers in the accounting module of our software, by assisting customers during develop, install and training process of their new dealership software.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming external and internal issues, concerns, and requests through all our support channels (Phone, Email, Live Chat, etc.) within our department, and ensuring they are addressed in a professional and timely manner
• Logging and documenting all customer interactions within our ticketing system and escalating matters as required
• Collaborating with other groups/departments to streamline service delivery
• Identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the client’s experience
• Develop knowledge and understanding of our software and the supporting infrastructure.
• Achieve program certification within your primary group within 3 months and additional program certification/s within 15 months
• Achieving and exceeding KPI targets and other metrics defined by the department
• Available to travel at least 1 week per month throughout the USA and Canada
• Keeping abreast of software enhancements and new releases, by attending Apogees and reviewing release notes
• Commit to an ongoing personal development and cross-training as recommended by your Team Lead
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Accounting Diploma/Certificate
• Must have valid Driver's license
• Must know the fundamentals of basic accounting
• Excellent computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft products including but not limited to Windows 10/11, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
• Automotive Dealership Accounting Department experience is an asset
• Possess excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Works well both with a team and independently
• Ability to embrace variety, structure, change and innovation
• Available to work occasionally Saturday and/or Sunday due to travel schedule
