Job summary

You will collaborate with accounting, operations, and sales, ensuring data integrity and timely close processes in a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in an Accounting/Finance department is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with an accounting/manufacturing software system is expected.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans with cross-functional teams.
• Perform variance analysis and investigate key drivers and trends.
• Coordinate with other departments to understand financial performance and ensure data accuracy.
• Support daily banking, cash management, and liquidity monitoring.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
