The role: Part-time Accounting Supervisor

This is an in-office position at our new facility on Lancaster Road in Ottawa.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
2. High attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Experience with bookkeeping software and accounting principles (QBO, Plooto, Rotessa, Dext, etc.).
4. Customer-facing experience with accounting and invoicing.
5. Excellent communication skills; bilingualism (French & English) is a plus.

Typical day overview:

Overseeing accounting and finance functions, including payroll, HR, benefits, accounts payable/receivable, recurring billing, reporting, and policy development, primarily in Ottawa.
