Accounting Supervisor will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. The ideal candidate will lead a team of accountants, ensuring that financial records are accurate, timely, and compliant with all applicable standards and regulations. This position plays a crucial role in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and the execution of accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing accounting processes, including financial transaction recording, classification, and reporting
• Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations
• Preparing and overseeing budgets, financial plans, and financial reports
• Identifying and resolving accounting and financial issues
• Developing and implementing effective accounting procedures
• Coordinating with auditors and other third-party stakeholders
• Monitoring and analyzing the company's financial performance
• Providing financial reports and analyses to management

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum have 5 years in accounting or finance roles
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
