Job summary

PCL Constructors Canada Inc. in Toronto is seeking Accounting Students for a 4- or 8-month term starting January 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in invoicing and reconciliations within the Canadian Buildings Division.

As an Accounting Student you will support with reports, courier/phone costing, supplier statements, and accounts payable/receivable tasks, working with a collaborative team to develop professional skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an accounting-related program and eligible for a 4- or 8-month internship.
• Proficient with basic word processing and spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to work in Toronto and start January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices, reconcile bank and Visa transactions in the accounting system.
• Support courier and phone costing and assist in updating reports.
• Reconcile supplier statements and prepare accounts receivable reports.
• Assist with weekly cheque printing and subcontract administration.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for entering invoices, bank and Visa reconciliations into the PCL accounting system.

Supports with courier and phone costing as well as running and updating reports.

Helps reconcile supplier statements and preparing accounts receivable reports.

Supports activities such as weekly cheque printing, client progress billings, and subcontract administration.

Qualifications

Your unique skills of various software programs including word processing, and spreadsheet applications.

The estimated hourly range for this role is $19.57- $28.69, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
