Job summary

PCL Construction Management Inc. in Calgary is seeking an Accounting Student for a 4-16 month term starting in January 2027. You will support invoicing, bank reconciliations, inter-company invoicing and reports in our Calgary office.

This internship offers hands-on experience in a collaborative team, exposure to accounts receivable, subcontract administration and weekly cheque processing, with mentorship and opportunities to grow within a national leader.

Qualifications

• Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, and spreadsheet applications.

Responsibilities

• Entering invoices into the PCL accounting system.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Inter-company invoicing.
• Courier and phone costing.
• Running and updating reports.
• Visa card reconciliations.
• Preparing accounts receivable report.
